A2. We provide a 100% Guarantee on all of our work and provide
warranties for particular repairs on selected units, please ask
your serviceman for more details.

servicemen Corgi Registered?
A3. Yes all of our Servicemen that work with gas &/or gas fittings
are Corgi Qualified and have many years experience so you can rest
assured that we put safety first.
Q4. What do
I do if we have a leaky pipe?
A4. The safest thing to do is to turn off your water at the mains
and then call us on 0845 555 9696 so as to avoid any follow on
damage that the water leaking may cause.
Q5. What
do I do if an Appliance is faulty?
A5. Immediately turn of the power at the power point and then
unplug the unit in question. It is vital that you don't try & fix
the problem yourself as many people are electrocuted when they
plug in their unit to test it after a backyard repair. After the
